What are our opening hours?

Our garden centre is open Monday–Saturday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM and Sunday 9:30 AM–4:00 PM. Specific areas like the restaurant and butchery have their own hours.

Is there parking available?

Yes — we offer free parking with designated disabled and family spaces.

Can I bring my dog?

Well‑behaved dogs on a lead are welcome in most parts of the garden centre. Dogs are not allowed in the farm shop, butchers, or indoor restaurant(assistance dogs are welcome everywhere).

Is the centre wheelchair accessible?

Yes, we have full wheelchair access throughout, and wheelchairs are available from the information desk.

Is there advice available on gardening?

Absolutely, free advice, care sheets, and expert guidance are available in store to help you look after your plants and outdoor projects.

Do you accept gift vouchers?

We accept National Garden Gift Vouchers and also sell and accept our own Chessington Garden Centre Gift Cards.
